After successful coaching, you’ll recognize your potential and understand how to harness it on your life journey. You’ll identify the obstacles holding you back from realizing your potential and accept them as part of you. You regain strength and confidence in yourself, and you comprehend why things are the way they are. It’s not always rosy, but you can learn to navigate the gray areas.

How does coaching work?
In an initial session, we determine how we can work together. Subsequent coaching sessions take place in a trusted and confidential yet flexible environment – at the moment I provide online guidance, allowing you to join from anywhere. My guidance is clearly structured, solution-focused, and practical. I actively listen to you and provide you with space.
We meet regularly for 60 minutes each. A consistent coaching schedule is beneficial to keep the thread of your topic and allows you to have space for your daily life between coaching sessions. A duration of approximately 10 hours supports the growth process.
I employ a proven blend of systemic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral coaching approaches, always with the goal of activating your existing resources. Together, we determine which method is most promising for your needs. I work with you to focus on your beliefs and their resolution. This liberation from presumed rules forms the basis for your inner freedom. My coaching is strength-oriented, emphasizing a positive, motivating perspective on well-being and enjoyment.
